HERVE AND LOIC ALCESILAS
Chefs and brothers, Herve and Loic Alcesilas grew up in Charleville-Mezieres in a poor family. Loic began his cooking career first and Herve started working at the same restaurant. From the very first day, Herve liked the work a lot and worked under a great chef as an apprentice and obtained his cooking diploma. Cooking quickly became a passion for Chef Herve and made him want to travel and discover different cuisines. He worked in France for 14 years and in Switzerland for 6 years before realizing his dream to come and be a chef in America. Shortly after Loic joined him in Tallahassee as co-executive chef. In 2020,Herve became the owner of Little Paris Tallahassee and loves providing unique flavors and experiences to the town he now calls home.
